Meetings and conferences can be held in one or both of our meeting rooms. We will be happy to compile a conference package per your specific needs  or you can take advantage of our conference package, which contains all necessities for a successful conference or business meeting. 

Meeting room rentals: 

• Full-day rental of the Rosenberg Hall          5.000 CZK

• Half-day rental of the Rosenberg Hall         2.500 CZK

• Full-day rental of the Latrán Hall                7.000 CZK

• Half-day rental of the Latrán Hall               3.500 CZK

Economical conference package includes: 

• Rental of meeting and break-out rooms

• Morning coffee break

• Lunch including one beverage per the selected package

• Afternoon coffee break (only in the full-day package)

• Conference set – notepads, pens, flipchart, table water

• Technical equipment (screen, data projector)

• Wi-fi Internet connection

• Half-day conference package “Bellevue”                                       (price per person)   650 CZK

• Full-day conference package “Bellevue”                                         (price per person)   990 CZK

• Half-day conference package “Gourmet”                                       (price per person) 1.100 CZK

• Full-day conference package “Gourmet”                                         (price per person) 1.500 CZK

You can choose coffee breaks, lunches or dinners from our actual Banquet offer.

Conference accommodation includes:

• Accommodation in a Superior room including breakfast

• One upgrade into Deluxe category

• Free entry into our Wellness - sauna

• 10 % discount to L´Occitane shop

Conference packages are for groups of 10 or more participants.
